A new partnership between the Blackstone Charitable Foundation and Techstars is set to enhance entrepreneurial opportunities for University of Central Florida students by expanding mentorship, startup support, and networking through the UCF Blackstone LaunchPad.

Announced at SXSW EDU, this collaboration grants students access to Techstars’ global network of over 10,000 mentors and a wealth of startup resources. LaunchPad director Cameron Ford hailed it as a transformative step for student innovation, while UCF alumnus and Capacitech Energy CEO Joe Sleppy emphasized the value it adds to UCF’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
