Precious Williams, a junior at UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, founded Flourish Cookie Co. to offer nutritious, locally sourced cookies made with natural ingredients like honey, matcha, blueberries, and avocado, aiming to transform indulgent treats into healthy choices.

After launching her third business through the university’s Blackstone LaunchPad, Williams quickly gained traction by selling out at farmers markets and winning a scholarship for her nonprofit concept, the Purple Kale Cookie Project, which donates cookies to the homeless. Inspired by seasonal produce and driven by a passion for wellness, she continues to expand Flourish’s reach and product line, with plans to evolve it into a full-service restaurant promoting sustainable, health-conscious eating.
