The Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Certificate offers students with limited available credits to earn a valuable credential and while developing valuable entrepreneurial skills. This certificate introduces students to models, methods, and skills associated with developing successful startups and new social, corporate, and government ventures. The certificate is open to students from all majors who want to learn how to turn their ideas into viable projects, startups, and new ventures.
The required courses for this certificate at the same as those required for the undergraduate entrepreneurship minor. However, this program does not require the six credits of restricted electives required by the minor. Completing this certificate will improve students’ abilities to recognize opportunities, create solutions, and implement plans that can promote professional success and long-term career security.
